Behind Rose Finance is someone who is passionate, dedicated, loyal and empathetic. I genuinely care about every client I work with because I understand that every home loan represents something much bigger than numbers. It represents someone's dream, security, family or next chapter in life.
I live in beautiful East Gippsland on 18 acres, where life moves at a slightly slower pace. It's the kind of place where people still know each other, community matters and you're never far from nature. During summer our little town grows from around 10,000 people to well over 120,000 visitors, and while I might joke about the traffic, I honestly wouldn't live anywhere else.
If you've ever spoken with me, you'll know I love a laugh, I'm completely down to earth, and conversations that start out as five minutes somehow turn into an hour. That's because I genuinely enjoy getting to know people. For me, building relationships isn't part of the job, it's one of my favourite parts of life.
Most of my clients start as clients, but many become lifelong friends, and that's something I'll never take for granted.

The answer isn't simply financial security. It's because I absolutely love what I do.
Helping people achieve their goals genuinely fills my cup. I love hearing about what drives people, what success looks like to them, why home ownership is important and what kind of future they're trying to build for themselves and their families. Every client has a different story, and being trusted to be part of that journey is something I never take lightly.
Then came my greatest motivation... becoming a mum.
Having my beautiful little boy has completely changed the way I look at life. Watching him grow so quickly reminds me every day just how precious time is and why building a secure future matters so much.
Finance isn't just my career. It's a passion.
Helping someone receive the keys to their first home, reduce financial stress, purchase an investment property or simply know they're in a better financial position genuinely makes me happy. Hearing the excitement and relief in my clients' voices after delivering good news is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
That's why this has never felt like "just a job." It's something I genuinely love, and I feel incredibly lucky that I get to do it every day.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors enjoying everything East Gippsland has to offer.
I'm a country girl through and through.
Living on 18 acres gives my family the lifestyle I've always dreamed of. I love the fresh air, open spaces and the freedom that comes with country living.
I'm happiest when I'm out exploring, whether that's taking the Jeep somewhere new, heading out on the boat, jumping on my motorbike or simply enjoying everything this beautiful region has to offer. Adventure has always been part of who I am, and I love experiences that get the adrenaline pumping and create lasting memories.
More than anything, I'm excited that my son gets to grow up with this lifestyle. He'll have room to explore, learn, get dirty, climb trees, ride bikes and become whoever he wants to be. Watching him experience the outdoors and all the opportunities country life provides is something I look forward to every single day.
